Some PayPal payments are not processing properly

We are still investigating the issue here. Initially, we suspect the API call did not go through because of server unavailability. We have upgraded the server as an initial fix. We will keep looking for the actual cause. If you have paid via Paypal but did not get an upgrade on your account, please contact us via Contact Us page. We will post an update here when the problem is fully resolved.

Logins and Most of the download links should be fixed by now.

We have mostly sorted out the problems. The problem was caused by changes in the file import method in the latest version of the script. It is faster but requires some extra steps. There is a small problem where you can face a 404 error if you try downloading your files directly from the file manager. Other than that, it seems like everything is sorted out.
Also, we had to do some fiddling with the database so if you subscribed at that time, and don’t see your subscription please let us know through Contact Us form.

Fileknot’s codebase update

We have updated the codebase of Fileknot to the latest version improving stability, efficiency and some minor features in the file manager. We still have some minor bugs regarding multi-select and they will be fixed soon.

FSx has been fully migrated to FS3

We have fully migrated the FSX Server to the new FS3 server. Active downloads at the moment might have been canceled. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you are using IDM, you can right-click on the canceled download, select the refresh download link, and continue the download. Other download managers may also have a similar function to refresh the download link. You should always use a download manager to download big files.
